Athletes between the ages of 10 and 15 looking to improve their football, baseball or lacrosse skills can register for next week’s American Sports Camp at Sports Club 1880 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Camp director Ward Carr said in an e-mail Wednesday that the coaches for the different sports lived and played in the States. The baseball camp will be led by Chris Pascal, a high school coach in Orange County, Calif., who is in Germany for six weeks with Major League Baseball International.

Football will be supervised by Tuli Mateialona, who played linebacker for the University of New Mexico in the 1990s and has served in the front offices of three NFL-Europe teams. He is team manager of the German national team.

West Point grad John Mask oversees the lacrosse camp.

The camp will be July 20-23, with a fee of 50 euros per athlete. For details on the camp and coaches, see www.wardcarr.com; an English-language version follows the German one. For specific questions and to register, call (+49)(0)69-5600-5788 or e-mail amspcamp@aol.com.
