The Ramstein Royals completed an undefeated 2018-19 DODEA-Europe boys basketball season Tuesday night with a 63-56 defeat of the host Wiesbaden Warriors.

Markez Middlebrooks paced the Warriors with 16 points, while Tyrese Harris (10 points, 12 assists) and Roberto Eiseman (12 points, 12 rebounds) produced double-double performances for the Warriors.

Ramstein begins its quest for a fifth straight European championship next week in the Wiesbaden-hosted Division I European tournament.

Ramstein girls cruise: The Royals rounded out a Tuesday sweep with a 57-22 girls hoops win over visiting Wiesbaden.

Ramstein held the Warriors to just two first-half points in the rout.

Shannon McCray led all scorers with 17 for the Royals, while Alexis Tri added 10 points and Shemilia Johnson contributed eight points and eight rebounds.

Serenity Owens scored 10 to pace Wiesbaden.

Spangdahlem, Baumholder split D3 doubleheader: The Spangdahlem girls and Baumholder boys claimed victory in a Tuesday evening basketball doubleheader at Baumholder.

The visiting Sentinel girls ran away with a 39-17 victory behind a 15-point, seven-rebound effort from Izzy Smith. Lorelai Vargo added 13 points and seven steals in the win.

Jasmine Dorsey scored a team-high seven for Baumholder.
