Has anyone seen anything so horrible as American Forces Network’s coverage of the 2010 Winter Olympics?

Curling is a big sport in Canada, but does it have any major interest in the military? I do not think so. (Has anyone see a curling rink on a base?) Curling has been shown in a prime time slot for the past two weeks. Why would AFN show so much of curling, but [show ice skating at] 2 a.m.?

I have not managed to see (in prime time or any time that I am not working) anything but curling. Isn’t there a “playback” on AFN? Isn’t there a “Play it again, Sam”? Isn’t there “For crying out loud, give them something else” from any of the AFN staff? A terrible disappointment, AFN.
