Here was our solution...why not customized a six-seater Humvee? This is one way we used to boost our morale in a combat environment.
Submitted by Maj. Mark E. Grant, Camp Echo, Iraq. Our unit is Distribution Management Team 5, which is part of 3D COSCOM deployed out of Wiesbaden, Germany. Life here is normally pretty quiet but we are at war and my photos are not happy ones. This is an ambulance that was hit by an IED. This attack cost one El Salvadorian soldier his life and some family a lifetime of sorrow. Even now, war is still ugly.
