Submitted by Capt. Alma Z. Hernández, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Camp Victory, Iraq.Spc. Robert Kubowski, of the Multi-National Corps – Iraq, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate and his new friend. Spc.
