U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka will undergo its triennial survey with the Joint Commission and the Medical Inspector General Tuesday through Friday.

Patients and staff members who want to participate in the survey can schedule public information interviews with a Joint Commission member by calling Lt. Cmdr. Felix Alfonso at DSN 243-8511.
