Recipients of the nation's highest military honor gathered in the Washington, D.C. area on March 25 for the annual Medal of Honor Day.
Among them was Hershel "Woody" Williams, the last surviving recipient of the medal from the World War II battle of Iwo Jima.
Earlier this month, Williams returned to the island for the first time since the war. In the video at the top of this page, he looks back at the moving experience.
