FRANKFURT, Germany — The U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt will hold an information fair next month to advise American citizens about services that the consulate and other organizations offer.

The Sept. 15 event starts at 5 p.m. in the consulate’s atrium. Table space is available for private nonprofit organizations, such as schools, churches and clubs, to pass out literature and visit with guests. Additionally, there will be discussions by consulate personnel on topics such as personal security, passport services, federal benefits, absentee voting and taxes.

All American citizens are invited to attend the two-hour fair. No advance registration is required, unless you represent an organization interested in taking part. Refreshments will be provided.

To gain entry, a U.S. passport is needed, though for a family only one passport is required. However, each person attending the event must have some form of identification.
