HUNTINGDON — Cambridgeshire authorities are asking for the public’s help in apprehending a gang of youths who robbed a 14-year-old boy late last month.

The robbery occurred about 8:30 p.m. as the teenager was hanging out with a friend on Sallowbush Road, according to the Cambridgeshire Constabulary. The victim was approached by four boys who held him down and stole his mobile phone and money.

He was not hurt in the March 29 incident.

The four suspects are described as slim and white and roughly 16 years old. They were clad in tracksuits and baseball caps.

Man exposes himself to group of girlsSTOWMARKET — Authorities are on the lookout for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a group of young girls.

The incident occurred in the afternoon of April 3 when three girls, all younger than 10, were playing in the street on Rattlesden Close, according to the Suffolk Constabulary.

The man drove by the girls, stopped his vehicle and made an obscene comment and fled the scene before returning a few minutes later and exposing himself to the same group of children.

Police would like anyone who witnessed the crime or who may have seen a red car in the area that afternoon to contact investigator Paul Cloud at 01284 774 100.
