BECK ROW — Mildenhall police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who followed an 11-year-old boy walking in Beck Row.
The incident happened June 15 on Sycamore Drive about 8:15 a.m., according to a news release from the Suffolk Constabulary.
The man followed the boy and then asked him for what police called “personal details.”
The boy ran toward a bus stop on the A1101, the release stated.
The man is described as white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a medium build. Anyone with information is asked to call Mildenhall police at 01284-774100.
Burglars steal collection cashNEWMARKET — Burglars broke into a Newmarket church this month and stole the collection money.
The break-in occurred between 6 p.m. on June 16 and 9 a.m. on June 17, according to a release from the Suffolk Constabulary.
A window was broken before the tithing was taken.

Chair thrown into school poolBRANDON — A chair was tossed into a pool at a school on Crown Street, damaging the pool cover.
The incident occurred about 9 p.m. on June 18, according to a Suffolk Constabulary news release. Three youths on bikes were seen in the area at the time.

Girl runs after man grabs herHAVERHILL — A man grabbed a 14-year-old girl from behind, but she struggled free and ran off.
The girl was in an alleyway off of York Road on June 19, according to a Suffolk Constabulary news release.
The man is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a slight, muscular build. Calls relating to the incident can be made to 01284-774100.
Mildenhall sees car damageMILDENHALL — Eight cars were damaged along Peterhouse Close and Emmanuel Close in Mildenhall the night of June 16.
Wiper blades were broken off, other wipers were bent and a car was scratched, according to a Suffolk Constabulary news release.
