SEOUL — The annual Overseas Housing Allowance utility survey for South Korea begins Sunday.

Servicemembers who live off post and receive OHA can access the survey at https://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/oha/survey/novoha.html or http://175fmc.korea.army.mil. The links will not be active until Nov. 15.

The Defense Travel Management Office uses the survey to set OHA utility and recurring maintenance allowances. Before answering survey questions, servicemembers should review bills and records of their utility and maintenance expenses for the past year and compute the monthly average. Respondents whose utilities are included in their rent are not required to report the actual monthly average of their utility bills.

The survey ends Dec. 14.
