The Seoul American Elementary School Advisory Committee is seeking volunteers for the 2008-09 school year.
There are six openings, three for parents and three for teacher representatives and the nomination deadline is April 15.
To be eligible, nominees must either be the parent of a SAES student or a teacher. School administrators are not eligible.
The SAC advises the principal and school officials on school matters including: policies, budget administration procedures, pupil personnel services, standards of conduct, education resources, instructional programs, among others.
The SAC also makes recommendations to the Installation Advisory Committee regarding military service support to the school.
