The spouse of a Schweinfurt, Germany-based soldier has died of injuries from falling out of a second-story window, garrison officials announced Sunday.

Aubrey Gillespie, 23, of Belle Glade, Fla., died Friday at Leopoldina Hospital in Schweinfurt.

Gillespie, the wife of Pfc. Jason Belatski, of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, fell out the window Feb. 8, according to a garrison news release.

The incident is not under investigation by military police, according to Mark Heeter of the Schweinfurt public affairs office.
