YONGSAN GARRISON, South Korea — Military investigators are offering $1,000 for information about a rape and kidnapping that occurred this summer at K-16 Air Base just south of Seoul.

The attack happened between 9 and 10:30 p.m. Aug. 11, according to the Criminal Investigative Command at Yongsan Garrison.

According to fliers posted on base this week, a military dependent woman was grabbed from a bus stop next to the base’s main gate. She was raped by one man while another watched, the signs state.
