CAMP FOSTER, Okinawa — Parking and entrance access may be limited through February at U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa on Camp Lester due to a major exterior painting project, according to a news release.

Restricted parking areas and pedestrian access routes are clearly marked, the release said. Hospital officials request that patients and visitors observe posted signs and stay in designated areas when entering and leaving the hospital.

The emergency room parking lot will be closed from Tuesday until Dec. 19 due to exterior painting of the hospital. Ambulances are the only vehicles authorized in this area.

The rear entrance to the typhoon ramp, from the emergency room parking lot, will be secured from Friday until Dec. 3 due to scaffolding construction for exterior painting.
