Two Okinawa Department of Defense Dependents Schools on Camp Foster will have new administrators this school year.

Steve Sanchez has been appointed principal of Kubasaki High School, and Roger Reade has been appointed assistant principal of E.C. Killin Elementary School.

Sanchez, a former physical education, Spanish and social studies teacher, spent the last five years as principal of Yokota Middle School.

He replaces Gloria Clark-Arnold, who is retiring.

Reade taught for 20 years and has been a school administrator for 12.

He takes over for Margie Youngblood, who has transferred to the Japan district office.
