Maj. Gen. Robert R. Allardice, commander of the coalition air force transition team, Multi-National Security Transition Command—Iraq, will become director of strategy, plans and policy, J-5, Headquarters U.S. Central Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla.

Maj. Gen. Maurice H. Forsyth, the deputy combined forces air component commander, U.S. Central Command, deputy commander Air Force forces and vice commander, 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Task Force, Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, is to become commandant of the Air War College, Air University, Air Education and Training Command, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala.
