RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany – The 86th Medical Group conducted a mass casualty exercise at Ramstein Air Base on Thursday.

The exercise was the culmination of a weeklong, biannual recertification course for members of the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and the 86th Medical Group.
