SEOUL — Members of the U.S. 8th Army Band and the Republic of Korea Ministry of National Defense band will perform at a holiday concert on Tuesday at the Seoul National Arts Center in Seoul.

The concert, from 8 to 10 p.m., is free to all U.S. Forces Korea servicemembers and civilians and Korean base workers. Transportation is available from Yongsan Garrison to the arts center.
