CAMP LESTER, Okinawa — The U.S. Naval Hospital Health Promotion Department and Pediatric Department are teaming up with Marine Corps Community Services to host a Kids’ Health Fest on Saturday, April 21, at the Camp Foster Community Center Auditorium.

The 9 a.m.-to-noon event will feature clowns, prizes and live entertainment.

According to the Health Promotion Department, the event is designed to create a festive and family-centered environment in which to increase awareness of both child and adult health issues.

More than 30 base organizations are to participate.

The first 50 children will receive “goody” bags.

For more information, contact the Health Promotion Dept. at 643-7906 or e-mail Andrea Deen Hampton.
