KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany — The city of Kaiserslautern on Wednesday is hosting an evening dedicated to highlighting the city’s relationship with Americans.
The free event is from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fruchthalle in downtown Kaiserslautern (Fruchthallestrasse 10).
The evening will feature music, dance and sports performances, American food and discussions with Americans living in Kaiserslautern, said Sissi Koesling, a member of the city’s planning committee.
The event is part of the city’s “International Year 2011 – Integration through Knowledge,” a series of lectures and public shows highlighting different nations.
