NAPLES, Italy — It’s another sign that fall is here — fuel coupons for the new fiscal year for NATO forces in Italy go on sale Wednesday at all Navy and Army and Air Force Exchange Service outlets.

The coupons will be valid from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30, 2013 — the new fiscal year. Gas and diesel coupons may only be used at AGIP or ENI gas stations.

Current coupons are valid through the end of September. Up to two months’ allotment of unused coupons can be returned for a full refund at NEX and AAFES outlets, according to AAFES and Navy officials.
