HEIDELBERG, Germany — Even in war, the Army’s constellations of general officers continue to move.

Among the latest reassignments are a slew of top leaders moving into — and out of — key positions in Europe and the Middle East.

The new postings include:

Germany units

Col. (Promotable) Curtis M. Scaparrotti, assistant deputy director for Joint Operations, J-3, Joint Staff, Washington, D.C., to assistant division commander, 1st Armored Division;
