Separate funeral and memorial services have been set for three Air Force Office of Special Investigations agents killed Nov. 1 near Balad, Iraq.

Master Sgt. Thomas A. Crowell, 36, from Neosho, Mo., will be buried Tuesday at Arlington National Cemetery, officials said. A memorial service will be held the same day at Andrews Air Force Base, Md., where the OSI headquarters is located. A second memorial service is scheduled for Nov. 16 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.

A memorial service for Special Agent Nathan Schuldheiss, a civilian working for OSI, will be held Sunday at the Buckley Air National Guard Base Chapel in Aurora, Colo. Schuldheiss, 27, was from Newport, R.I.

There will be a closed-casket viewing for family and friends of Staff Sgt. David A. Wieger, 28, of North Huntingdon, Pa., on Friday at the Snyder Funeral Home in Irwin, Pa.

Wieger’s funeral is scheduled for Saturday at the Norwin Christian Church in Irwin.

Air Force officials have said the three were killed by a roadside bomb while conducting a counterintelligence operation.
