FRANKFURT — A sleek motor coach with "Harlem Globetrotters" emblazoned in yard-high black letters along its silver-painted flanks will roll into Frankfurt tomorrow bearing the Negro basketball magicians who've been playing to record crowds on four continents.

The Trotter entourage will stage two nights of exhibitions at the fairgrounds Festhall here, starting tomorrow evening. The program gets under way at 8 p.m.

Razzle-dazzle stars like Goose Tatum, Marques Haynes and Rookie Brown are part of the fabulous Globetrotter assembly. Wally Osterkorn, ex-Illinois ace, Tony Lavelli, All America from Yale, and the five Clark brothers make up the Boston Whirlwinds.

According to reports, the luxury bus contains a specially-built seat to accommodate big Tatum, long-established clown of the basketball world. It also contains a padded compartment where Lavelli stores his accordion. The accordion-playing ex-Yaleman turns musicmaker between halvess as part of the troupe's added attractions. The other attractions include a table tennis exhibition by the present world champion and an appearance by former Olympic track record-holder Jesse Owens.

After Frankfurt, the Globetrotters will continue their tour of West Germany with shows in Wiesbaden, Aug. 16 and wind up at Bremen. Aug. 19.
