The trial for an Army psychiatrist accused of killing 13 people at Fort Hood is set for March 5, 2012.
Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan faces the death penalty in connection with the November 2009 shooting at Fort Hood. He is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.
Hasan did not enter a plea at his arraignment on Wednesday, according to The Associated Press, and told the judge he had voluntarily parted with his civilian attorney. He will now be represented by three military attorneys; two of them were already on the defense team.
