Former “NYPD Blue” star Rick Schroder will visit bases in Germany this month to promote his new film, “Black Cloud.”

In the film, Schroder — who starred on the popular ABC cop series from 1998-2001 — plays a young Navajo boxer who is trying to earn a spot on the U.S. Olympic team. The film is rated PG-13.
