STUTTGART, Germany — Command Sgt. Maj. Mark L. Farley became senior enlisted adviser of the U.S. European Command on Monday.
Farley, formerly command sergeant major at the Hawaii-based U.S. Army Pacific, will serve as primary adviser to the EUCOM commander on enlisted matters such as morale, welfare, training, quality of life and good order and discipline, according to a EUCOM news release.
