SEOUL — The Seoul Traffic Broadcasting System will begin broadcasting SOUL-FM, an all English-language radio channel, on Monday, according to the Korea Times.

The channel will broadcast from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily on 101.3MHz., according to the news report.
