Country-pop artist Amy-Jayne McCabe will be performing free concerts at bases in Germany through early August.

McCabe, wife of a military veteran, made one of her more popular songs “The Rock” about living with the military and has dedicated the song to military spouses throughout the services.

Her music is a mixture of country western, blues and pop. She has opened for Randy Travis, Merle Haggard, Mark Chesnutt and Martina McBride.

She will perform at Sembach Air Base on Friday night and in Stuttgart on Saturday.

Other dates are: Bad Aibling on Monday; Bamberg on Thursday July 24, Dexheim on July 25, Babenhausen on July 26 and Baumholder July 30.

In August, McCabe will play Kitzingen on Aug. 1, Kaiserslautern on Aug. 2, Hohenfels on Aug. 6, Vilseck on Aug. 7 and Grafenwöhr on Aug. 8.

Most shows will be outside and may have food and drinks available for purchase.

Sitting arrangements will be different in various communities. Concertgoers are encouraged to take a chair or blanket to guarantee a seat.
