The name of Maj. Gen. Jack Egginton, vice commander of the United Kingdom-based 3rd Air Force, was misspelled in an April 18 story about British civic leaders returning to Mildenhall after a tour of U.S. Air Force bases in Germany and Italy.

The April 18 story on Maj. Gen. Philip Breedlove taking over command of 3rd Air Force should have said his predecessor, Lt. Gen. Robert Bishop Jr., will retire.
