¶ A photo caption accompanying an Aug. 9 story about reconstruction in Afghanistan misidentified the unit of a U.S. soldier. Sgt. Otis Fulton is assigned to the 1st Battalion, 102nd Infantry Regiment of the Connecticut Army National Guard.
