A July 1 story about the court-martial of Spc. Maurice Jones of the 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, included some inaccurate information. The charges of which a panel acquitted Jones were robbery, assault and receiving stolen property. Also, the alleged victim identified Jones as his attacker during the trial, but his identification was called into question, defense attorney David Court said.
