CAMP FOSTER, Okinawa — Representatives from the Marine Corps College of Continuing Education are on Okinawa this week to conduct briefings on its various distance learning education programs.

All-hands briefings, lasting about an hour each, will be held Wednesday at 8 a.m. at the Camp Courtney theater and 1:30 p.m. at the Camp Foster theater and Thursday at 9 a.m. at the MCAS Futenma theater and 1:30 p.m. at the Camp Kinser theater.

Through Marine Net, active duty and reserve Marines, civilians working with Marines and their family members can take hundreds of courses, ranging from occupation specialty courses to professional military education training and business courses — many of them meeting the criteria for college credit profession certification.
