KADENA AIR BASE, Okinawa — The 18th Wing is about to undergo a change of management.
The Air Force announced Thursday that Brig. Gen. Jan-Marc Jouas, commander of the 18th Wing, will become the new vice commander of the Air Intelligence Agency, Air Combat Command at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.
Jouas will be replaced by Brig. Gen. Harold W. “Punch” Moulton II, the current director of Standing Joint Force Headquarters-North, U.S. Northern Command, at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.
