YONGSAN GARRISON, South Korea — A U.S. soldier accused of possessing and distributing child pornography will face a Feb. 7 general court-martial at Camp Humphreys.

Pfc. Christopher M. Marinaccio of the 2nd Infantry Division is charged with two specifications of violating Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Marinaccio deferred entering a plea during an arraignment Thursday at Yongsan Garrison.

He also told Col. Patrick J. Parrish, chief judge for the 6th Judicial Circuit, that he wanted to be tried “by military judge alone.”
