The Navy has released the first picture of its first ever physical fitness uniform for all sailors from seaman to admiral. Adm. Mike Mullen, then chief of naval operations, approved the uniform on Aug. 15. Enlisted sailors have received an increase in their clothing allowance to help pay for the $50 uniform, which is expected to be introduced over six months this spring.
