Brief: Col. Robert G. Webb takes control of U.S. Army health center

LANDSTUHL, Germany — Col. Robert G. Webb took command of the U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine Europe during a ceremony Monday morning.
Webb comes to the unit from Human Resources Command where he worked as veterinary career activities officer.
Col. Steven P. Jones passed the unit guidon Monday after serving as CHPPM-EUR commander since July 2005. Jones will next serve as chief of staff for North Atlantic Regional Medical Command.
Located on the Army’s Landstuhl facility, CHPPM-EUR is a roughly 140-person unit composed of soldiers, civilians and local nationals.
