HEIDELBERG, Germany — The volunteer coordinator group AWAG holds its first Rhein Neckar Area Women’s Conference from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Patrick Henry Village Pavilion in Heidelberg.

The conference includes professional development workshops for local volunteers covering such topics as financial independence, personal growth, and health. Free lunch and child care are available.
