AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy — An airman assigned to the 31st Security Forces Squadron was found guilty in a special court-martial Friday of using marijuana and sentenced to four months in prison.

Airman 1st Class Latrice Payne was found guilty of using marijuana on and off duty in early 2007, according to documents provided by the 31st Fighter Wing public affairs office.

The military judge, Lt. Col. Jennifer Cline, also sentenced Payne to a reduction in rank to E-1 and a bad-conduct discharge.
