A third detainee died during a recent five-day period in Iraq, also apparently of natural causes, according to the Multi-National Force-Iraq.

The detainee died Monday at Camp Bucca in southern Iraq. His death is being investigated and his body will be turned over to his family afterward.

The detainee was admitted to the hospital Nov. 17 and was treated for kidney and heart problems. He was pronounced dead at 11:59 p.m.

Two other detainees were reported to have died recently at Camp Cropper in Baghdad, on Nov. 30 and Saturday. The deaths are believed to be from natural causes, officials say.
