Beginning Friday, shoppers at Army and Air Force Exchanges worldwide can enter a contest to win a trip to the Academy of Country Music Awards show in Las Vegas.
The winner of the drawing, sponsored by Dr. Pepper and AAFES, will receive a package valued at $6,000 that includes round-trip airfare for two to Las Vegas, a deluxe hotel for three nights, tickets to the 46th installment of the annual awards show, a welcome reception and a post show performance, according to an AAFES news release.
Anyone eligible to shop at AAFES’ stores can enter the competition through Jan. 27 at any exchange. No purchase is necessary and entrants don’t have to be present at the drawing in February to win.
Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton are scheduled to host the April 3 show, which recognizes the top country music artists at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
