Confusing labeling instructions on certain Tylenol products, some of which were sold through AAFES, has prompted a recall.

Consumers who bought Children’s Tylenol Meltaways, 30 count in watermelon, grape and bubblegum flavors, and Jr. Tylenol Meltaways 24 count in bubblegum flavor can return the medicine to any Army and Air Force Exchange Service store for a full refund, said Debbie Byerly, an AAFES spokeswoman.

However, the manufacturer has recalled all flavors of the Children’s and Jr. Tylenol Meltaways and Children’s Tylenol Soft Chews because the labeling and dosage information on the packages could be confusing and could lead to overdosing.
