CAMP FOSTER, Okinawa — An airman from the 115th Fighter Wing of the Wisconsin Air National Guard died Sunday from an apparent fall from a fifth-story window.

The airman was transported to U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, located at Camp Foster, just a short distance from Kadena Air Base, where the airman was pronounced dead at 9:51 p.m.

No further details were available, as the incident remains under investigation, an Air Force spokesman said Monday morning. The airman’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
