Slamfest III coming to Camp Zama Oct. 24CAMP ZAMA, Japan — Professional wrestling is headed to Camp Zama on Oct. 24 for Slamfest III at the Yano Fitness Center.

The free event promises high-flying matches, autographs and picture-taking opportunities with wrestlers such as “A-train” Giant Bernard, “The Japanese Buzzsaw” Tajiri and many more.

Doors open at 3 p.m. Tickets can be picked up at the Yano Fitness Center.

Elliot Yamin to perform free concert at IwakuniMARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI, Japan — Pop R&B singer Elliott Yamin will perform a free concert Wednesday at Iwakuni. The concert runs from 7 to 10 p.m. at the base main field. Outside beverages will not be allowed into the concert area.
