YOKOSUKA NAVAL BASE, Japan — Miami-based rap artist Flo Rida will perform a free concert at Yokosuka Naval Base at 7 p.m. Monday in the bowling alley parking lot.

He is best known for his No. 1 hits “Low” and “Right Round.”
