Last blast of winter expected for GermanyDon’t break out those spring clothes just yet.
Gusting winds and snow showers — with accumulations of 3 to 5 inches in higher elevations and 1 to 3 inches in lower areas — are expected across Germany from Thursday night to Saturday afternoon.
The amount of snow depends on where an approaching front hits and how much it strengthens, said Senior Airman Micaela Blain, a forecaster with the 21st Operational Weather Squadron.
“It’s kind of like the last hurrah for winter,” Blain said.
