The 2008 Overseas Housing and Utility Allowance survey for Italy- and Germany-based servicemembers will run from Tuesday through April 17. The 30- to 40-minute, Web-based survey gives members who live off base a chance to weigh in on how much they spend a month for housing and other expenses, such as utilities.
The Department of Defense Per Diem, Travel and Transportation Allowance Committee uses results from several surveys to determine allowances and reimbursements to servicemembers.
This particular survey is for military personnel and their dependents only, and not for civilian personnel and private contractors.
Beginning Tuesday, servicemembers can take the survey by linking to the following site: https://www.perdiem.osd.mil/oha/survey/maroha.html
