U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, Guam, will change commanders Thursday during a 10 a.m. ceremony at Top O’ the Mar on Nimitz Hill, according to a news release.

Cmdr. Marianna Magno will be relieved by Cmdr. William Chase.

Magno has served as commanding officer of the station since September 2005. She heads to San Diego, where she will serve as operations officer of Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command’s Chief Information Officer branch, the release said.

Chase reports to Guam from Commander, U.S. Third Fleet, where he was deputy assistant chief of staff for two departments.

NCTS Guam provides command and control, fleet communications, computer and base communication services to the military operating in its area of responsibility.
