A 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment soldier died Wednesday evening at the Bowling Center on Rose Barracks, Vilseck, Germany, according to a 1st Armored Division news release.

The cause of death has not been determined and is under investigation by U.S. authorities.

The soldier’s name is being withheld until next of kin are notified, 1st Armored Division public affairs officer Maj. Wayne Marotto said Friday.
